AHE Heart of Healthcare Award: Environmental Services Frontline Staff Member is Recognized

CHICAGO, August 1, 2018 – The Association for the Health Care Environment (AHE), of the American Hospital Association, has announced the recipient of the 2018 AHE Heart of Healthcare Award.

This award was developed to recognize and honor outstanding frontline environmental services technicians who are making a difference in the support of safety initiatives and reduction and prevention of the spread of Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs).

This year’s recipient of the prestigious AHE Heart of Healthcare Award is James M. Carlin Jr., from Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, New Jersey.
