Enhance your leadership capabilities and confidently lead your team through change with this comprehensive blended certificate program that combines online coursework, an in-person or virtual meeting, and a capstone project. This program is designed to review and apply effective leadership practices. Upon completing this program, leaders will be equipped to reflect and make informed decisions that drive change in their organizations.

Program Info

This blended program includes 4 weeks of asynchronous online coursework, followed by a 1-day in-person or virtual event with facilitated discussion, reflection in-depth coverage of content. The program concludes with a capstone project due within 3 months of the in-person/virtual event. Upon completion of all three elements, learners will achieve a Certificate of Mastery in Effective Leadership (CMEL) and earn a total of 26 continuing education credits (CECs).

Refunds & Cancellations

Please send your cancellation request in writing to ahe@aha.org at least 10 days prior to the program start date. Your refund will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee.
No refund or credit will be issued for cancellations for inquiries within 10 business days.
No credits, substitutions, or transfers will be permitted under any circumstance.
