Description

The AHE November 2026 Bootcamp for Trainers is a 1-day virtual program designed to strengthen the skills and confidence of designated trainers of CHEST, CSCT, and CNACC. During this program, participants will gain practical strategies to enhance their facilitation techniques and support their EVS teams in building professional expertise. Each attendee will also earn six (6) Continuing Education Credits (CECs) while actively practicing content delivery and training skills.

By the end of the program, participants will leave equipped with a robust collection of training tips, facilitation techniques, and all the logistical guidance needed to deliver an engaging, effective, and highly successful certification program at their facility.

Intended Audience:
  • Designated trainers of CHEST, CSCT, or CNACC who need to renew their trainer eligibility.
  • Trainers who have previously led CHEST, CSCT, or CNACC certification programs training at their facilities and seek additional training techniques and support.
  • Trainers who have not conducted training within the past three years and need updated skills as well as eligibility renewal.
Learning Outcomes:
  • Summarize the certification training and testing process, including eligibility requirements, curriculum structure, and the certification exam.
  • Identify and apply the five most effective skills for leading a certification program at their facility.
  • Discuss major curriculum topics and evaluate opportunities to reinforce those themes during training.
