This program will give you the tools to review the facility profile to identify opportunities for reinforcement or correction for high-priority organisms, research how pathogen’s characteristics and disinfectant products and technologies influence the evaluation and purchasing decision-making process and perform cost-benefit analysis and identify performance monitoring tools.
Justification & Presentation
AHE's CPMS program helps you identify techniques of being seen as credible and having a “Seat at the table” for decision-making, hold critical conversations and deliver presentations to key stakeholders backed by research checked against rigor and free of bias and present evaluations and results after the implementation.
