The "Disinfection Technology: Robotics, AI and Connectivity Focus Group", presented by UVDI, will bring together experts to explore the latest innovations in disinfection technology, with a focus on robotics, artificial intelligence and connectivity. The session aims to identify the strengths of current technologies and areas that need improvement in future iterations. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the state of the art while engaging in a forward-looking discussion on how these technologies can evolve. The session will be led by a PhD in materials science and a seasoned infection preventionist, ensuring an insightful and well-rounded conversation. Ultimately, the focus group seeks to educate environmental services (EVS) professionals and gather their perspectives to help shape the future of disinfection technology.
