This program is designed to review and apply effective leadership practices. Upon completing this program, leaders will be equipped to reflect and make informed decisions that drive change in their organizations  
 
The program provides an opportunity to connect with future CMELs through interactive online forums to discuss investing in yourself, building credibility, leading others, and driving change. The program allows ample time for questions during the in-person event and helps you develop a solution for your own facility through the final capstone project.
