Enhance your leadership capabilities and confidently lead your team through change with this comprehensive blended micro-credentialing program that combines online coursework, an in-person or virtual meeting, and a capstone project. This program is designed to review and apply effective leadership practices. Upon completing this program, leaders will be equipped to reflect and make informed decisions that drive change in their organizations  
 
The program provides an opportunity to connect with future CMELs through interactive online forums to discuss investing in yourself, building credibility, leading others, and driving change. The program allows ample time for questions during the in-person event and helps you develop a solution for your own facility through the final capstone project.

This is part of a blended program, with the 1 day in-person program taking place 8/16 from 8am - 4 pm onsite at the Exchange26 Summit. 

Program Timeline

• Online Coursework: Begins Monday, July 20
• In-Person Event: Sunday, August 16, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm CT in New Orleans, LA as an Exchange Pre-Summit Event
• Final Project: Due on or before Monday, September 21, 2026
