Organization Group Rate
Every third registrant from a contract company, hospital, or health system is eligible for a deeply discounted registration rate of $250 ($350 after 7/31).
How it works:
Once you or an administrator at your facility have identified three attendees contact AHE to get your group registered, at email@example.com or by calling 312-422-3860.
Group Rate Policy
This discount only applies to full conference registration. No discount is given for membership, guest passes, or pre-conference sessions. Group discount is open to both members and non-members. Government registrations are not eligible for the group discount.
No refunds will be given for any registration that uses a group discount. If you register using a group discount and can no longer attend, please contact the AHE for more information regarding how to transfer your registration to another individual from your organization.
Group discounts may be added retroactively and may count toward the every-third rule. However, no refunds will be given for registration fees already collected. If you discover that three or more people from your contract company, hospital, or health system are attending Exchange 2017, we will retroactively apply the discount so that you may register one additional person at the discounted rate.
Previously cancelled and refunded registrations are not eligible to use the discount upon re-registering.
AHE reserves the right to cancel any registrations that use a discount not belonging to their organization. Registrations cancelled for discount misuse will not be refunded, and any balance due following removal of the misused discount will be required to reinstate the registration.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment must accompany this form. You will not be registered until payment is received. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your registration to be processed. Confirmation will be mailed within two weeks of receipt of form and payment. A 70% refund will be given if the cancellation request is received on or before July 10, 2017. Due to advance orders of conference materials, refunds will not be given after this date. No exceptions. There will be no refunds for cancellations accepted after July 10, 2017. No-shows are non-refundable, regardless of the reason. Cancellation requests must be received in writing.
